Sturm Preferred Customer Maintenance Agreement

Sturm Heating & Air Conditioning‘s Sturm Preferred Customer Maintenance Agreement provides the homeowner with an annual inspection of their heating/cooling system to ensure proper operation and safety. This inspection includes:

  • Check condenser coil (outdoor)
  • Monitor refrigerant levels
  • Check evaporator coil (indoor)
  • Clean condensate drains
  • Test start components
  • Monitor flue draft
  • Clean and adjust burner and pilot assembly
  • Oil fan motor where applicable
  • Check voltage / amperage
  • Test for proper airflow
  • Tighten electrical connections
  • Lubricate moving parts where applicable
  • Check air filters
  • Test and adjust safety controls
  • Check gas pressure and adjust valves as necessary
  • Clean ignition assembly
  • Inspect heat exchanger
  • Adjust and check fan components
  • Check limit control

Upon completion of this checklist, you can be assured your equipment is working properly. If we find a problem, you will be notified, and a repair quote will be given. All repairs are given a 10% discount.
