In a typical six-room home, upwards of 40 pounds of dust/air pollutants can be created annually just from everyday living activities. All of these contaminants are pulled into your home’s HVAC system and recirculated 5 to 7 times (on average) each day. Over time this continual recirculation causes a build-up of contaminants in your home’s ductwork.

This build-up of dust and contaminants makes your heating and cooling system work harder and shortens the life of the system. While dirty ducts do not necessarily mean unhealthy air, they may be a contributor/aggravation to people with respiratory health issues.

Cleaning is performed in accordance with the National Air Duct Cleaners Association (NADCA) Standards and Guidelines by a certified Air Systems Cleaning Specialist (ASCS) and Ventilation Maintenance Technician (VMT).
