Commercial HVAC Maintenance Agreements

Unplanned breakdowns and climbing energy bills are two of the most avoidable costs in commercial property management. Our maintenance agreement program gives facility managers and building owners a structured, budget-friendly way to keep systems performing year-round without the guesswork.

We offer three plan tiers so you can match the level of service to your building’s needs:

Plan I: Filter Service
We supply and install 30% efficient pleated filters every 90 days. The average disposable filter is only a fraction of that efficiency, so this upgrade can make a noticeable difference in indoor air quality and system strain.

Plan II: Tune-Up with Filter Service
Includes a pre-summer and/or pre-winter 17-point tune-up along with filter replacement. Our technicians check the thermostat, blower components, belts, motor lubrication, fan and safety limits, burner and pilot assembly, airflow temperature rise and drop, ignition assembly, voltage and amperage, electrical connections, heat exchanger, condensate drain, refrigerant pressures, heat pump four-way valve, evaporative and condenser coils, and compressor starting components.

Plan III: Combination Plan
Four visits per year combining Plans I and II, plus a 10% discount on any repairs needed between visits. This is our most comprehensive coverage and a cost-effective option for buildings with higher HVAC demands.
