"This process all started by filling out a form on Costco.com. Within an hour I was contacted by John Cooper at Sturm. From the get go they made this entire process both effortless and stress free. He was able to schedule us in right away with the unit we chose. The day of the appointment the electrician showed up on time to disconnect our unit. He was very informative and friendly. After that the 2 gentlemen doing the install arrived. They laid down a type of rug to not damage our floors or get them dirty. The entire install only took a few hours and the install guys went over the warranty and specs of the unit. They assured me countless times that if anything seems wrong to call them and they will take care of me. We had never used Sturm before this but I can assure you they are the ONLY company we will use moving forward! "

"We purchased a home in Davenport that had a heat pump installed by them. We called and told them what the problem was and that it appeared to be out of freon. They sent a technician out without the needed freon, charged us for mileage and his testing. A week later he returned, again a mileage charge and a charge for doing the same test again even though he knew what the problem was. This time, he did bring the needed freon to recharge the system. Less than a year before the same thing had been done. This heat pump had only been installed by them in 2013 or 14, repaired in 2015. We have called protesting the initial charge for mileage since they knew what was needed and sent someone out without it and then charged us over $300 for mileage. Still no reply from them. Would not recommend them to anyone since our total bill was over $1000 and should have been less since there should have been only ONE SERVICE CALL!!!! They were aware of the kind of system we had and choose to ignore it by sending someone here without the proper parts. Someone from Sturm called us and the issue was resolved to both of our satisfactions. We received a credit for part of the bill and our A/C is working fine now. Thanks to Sturm!!"
