If you are looking to replace an existing
air filter, the best place to start is
by pulling out whatever it is you have
now. You will need to know it's size.
Both the electrostatic and the pleated
styles will slide right in to replace
your existing filter.
The other filters (EAC, F200 or HEPA)
all require that the duct work be cut
open for the installation. More time consuming,
but the efficiency improvement is well
worth it.
Another great idea to keep the dust down
is to have your duct
work vacuumed out.
