Sturm's Residential Gold Agreement is a preventive maintenance program for your
heating and cooling system. Our expert technicians clean, inspect and tune up your
system to make sure it is in proper working order for the upcoming season. We
strongly believe that our Residential Gold Agreement will pay for itself many times
over in the reduction of repair costs and added longevity of your equipment.
  1. Check condenser coil (outdoor)
  2. Monitor refrigerant levels
  3. Check evaporator coil (indoor)
  4. Clean condensate drains
  5. Test start components
  6. Monitor flue draft
  7. Clean and adjust burner and pilot assembly
  8. Oil fan motor where applicable
  9. Check voltage / amperage
  10. Test for proper airflow
  11. Tighten electrical connections
  12. Lubricate moving parts where applicable
  13. Check air filters
  14. Test and adjust safety controls
  15. Check gas pressure and adjust valves as necessary
  16. Clean ignition assembly
  17. Inspect heat exchanger
  18. Adjust and check fan components
  19. Check limit control

Upon completion of this check list, you can be assured your equipment is working
properly. If we find a problem, you will be notified, and a repair will be performed at
no extra charge! All repairs are 100% covered, parts AND labor.
