Ensuring your equipment is in top performance shape is imperative to your comfort
and energy efficiency. Now more than ever the entire nation is feeling the affects
of rising utility costs, and assuring regular preventative and predictive maintenance
is your best defense against high energy bills as well as costly and inconvenient
nuisance repair calls. Sturm Heating Inc. has uniquely positioned itself to provide you
the premier customer service you deserve.
Plan I: Filter Change Only
The average disposable air filter is only 3-5% efficient. In your Sturm Maintenance
Agreement we will only use 30% efficient, pleated air filters with all your filter
changes. By doing so, it will provide you with better indoor air quality and reduce
your energy costs; a significant difference at a minimal cost. Sturm will supply and
install your filters every 90 days and will invoice you at the completion of each visit
for your record keeping convenience.
Plan II: Maintenance with Filter Change
This plan provides for a Pre-Summer and/or Pre-Winter tune-up where our technician
will perform a comprehensive 17 point checklist and replace existing filters to ensure
your equipment is in the best possible condition for the upcoming cooling and/or
heating season. During this service (upon customer approval), Sturm will perform
any repairs on the equipment at our standard hourly rate during regular working
hours. We will invoice you at the completion of each visit.
(Heat only: One (1) visit. Heat with Air Conditioning: Two (2) Visits Annually.)
Plan III
This plan is a combination of the details of Plans I and II. Sturm will be completing
a total of four (4) visits per year. You will also receive a 10% discount on any repairs
