History of Sturm
Sturm Heating, Inc. was founded by H.L. (Bud) Sturm as a heating company installing coal and oil warm air furnaces and boilers. The company grew steadily to the point where it was doing large projects throughout the Northwest. Maury Flynn (employee) purchased the company in 1977. Maury then sold the company to the employees though an Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) in 1992. As of 1998 the company is wholly owned by it's current employees.

Sturm has been serving Spokane since 1945 and we are employee owned. We intend to remain a leading HVAC contractor well into the future by selling the best products and services available, and at a reasonable price.
